Join the blackjack table and receive two cards, one face up and one face down, along with other players.
2.
Decide whether to “Hit” for another card or “Stand” to keep your current hand. Aim to get close to 21 without going over.
3.
Choose to “Hit” when you believe the next card won’t make you go over 21 or when you’re willing to take the risk.
4.
Choose to “Stand” when you don’t want additional cards, usually when your hand value is already high (e.g., over 17).
5.
Your hand’s value determines whether you remain in the game (valued at 21 or less).
6.
The dealer reveals their facedown card after all players make their decisions.
7.
Compare hands to 21; if your hand is closer without going over, you win. If the dealer has a closer score to 21, they win. Payouts depend on your bet type.
Basic Blackjack Rules
Regular Wins: Receive a 1:1 payout when your card value is closer to 21 than the dealer’s.
Blackjack Wins: Get a 3:2 payout when your cards equal 21.
Dealer’s Hand: The dealer must hit on any hand valued at 16 and below.
Hit or Stand: Players choose to add a card (hit) or keep their current hand (stand) to reach a final value of 21 or closest to it. Options also include doubling down or splitting.
Split: Turn a pair of equal-value cards into two separate hands for an extra chance to beat the dealer.
Double Down: Double your bet mid-hand, receive one more card, but no additional cards afterward. While it’s typically best with a 10 or 11, some casinos allow doubling down regardless of the initial hand, though online casinos may have restrictions.
